My thoughts on...
If there is dessert in the house I have to eat it. Does this mean I have a sweet tooth? I have never considered myself to have a sweet tooth. I don’t really care about dessert, like cake, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream…I LOVE dark chocolate in the truest sense, but dessert, not such a big deal, until it crosses the threshold of four-oh-eight. Then it calls my name, like I have to eat it or it will go bad, and I despise wasting. Chips, crackers, whatever else, oh they will go stale because I don’t want them to snack on – I’d rather have fruit, granola, something “healthy”.
We have ice cream don't we? I wonder if Robbie is going to eat his cupcake.
You have to try ECOS Laundry Detergent. I mean, you don’t have to, but you should. I have been extremely pleased with the results = clean clothes.
It is all natural, so not only is it ecologically friendly, but for those of us plagued with sensitive skin (eczema) we have something without harsh chemicals and dyes. The only downside is it doesn’t leave the wonderful scent (I really like) Gain does…it doesn’t leave a scent at all. It does have organic lavender but you really only smell it when you pour it in the wash. It also contains some soy something that acts as a natural softener. Throw in a couple of dryer balls and you’re good to go.
I received my second order through my Etsy shop. Yay!
Another custom order and my customer is actually local but they found me on Etsy. Small world. Another order = a little money in the bank = a little more in savings = happy me.

- we ate in the kitchen using the new high chair
- we woke up early, earlier than I like, and made sure to see Daddy off to work
- we visited the Lee County Library and Flint Community Bank where the ladies loved Mr. C
- I got a haircut while Aunt Becca helped out
- Daddy was back in school full time

Back in action?

Summer is "over" for us. Daddy is back to work and it's me and Mr. C. (who is about to be 7 months old by the way!) going for walks, keeping the house livable, and whatever else stay-at-home mommies do. For some reason I pictured life a little different by now...he would be more independent, taking out the trash, washing or at least sorting his own laundry...not so much :)
